Refunds

All sales are final. If you need to make any changes to your order, please e-mail us as soon as possible. No changes can be made once a shipping label has been generated.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted. Plants may arrive a little stressed but it is normal and to be expected when plants are shipped; a refund will not be issued in this case. However, we strongly recommend you to shoot an unboxing video in case your plant arrives in poor condition. An unboxing video is required for any claims for a possible refund. You can e-mail us at support@mokshafolia.com if you have any concerns with your order. Claims must be done within 12 hours of receiving the plant. Please be aware that some of the plants we offer are for intermediate growers and proper research for care must be done before purchasing. We will not be held responsible if a plant dies under your care.

 

Shipping

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We want your plants to reach you as soon as possible so orders may be shipped out the same day if the timing allows. We only ship Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday.

Heat packs are available for purchase on our website. Simply add the heat packs you need into your cart and we will include them in your package. Please be responsible with checking the weather in your area. Only add heat packs to your order if you feel it is absolutely necessary. We will not be liable for any damages that may be caused by the heat packs.

All plants will be packed with love, but we will not be responsible for shipping delays, damage from extreme weather, or mishandling from the carrier.  However, if you have any concerns with your purchase, feel free to email us at support@mokshafolia.com.
