All sales are final. If you need to make any changes to your order, please e-mail us as soon as possible. No changes can be made once a shipping label has been generated.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted. Plants may arrive a little stressed but it is normal and to be expected when plants are shipped; a refund will not be issued in this case. However, we strongly recommend you to shoot an unboxing video in case your plant arrives in poor condition. An unboxing video is required for any claims for a possible refund. You can e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any concerns with your order. Claims must be done within 12 hours of receiving the plant. Please be aware that some of the plants we offer are for intermediate growers and proper research for care must be done before purchasing. We will not be held responsible if a plant dies under your care.
